Both!
Ok, hear me out here… Anxiety is not your enemy!
Anxiety is adaptive.
Anxiety lets you know when you may be in danger.
Anxiety lets you know when something is important to you.
It’s job is to keep you safe.
Well, I’m here to say that anxiety is natural and you wouldn’t want to get rid of it.
Anxiety and peace of mind are not mutually exclusive.
The problem occurs when anxiety becomes chronic or overwhelming.
When it blocks you from being able to show up fully and be with your own experiences.
Real freedom from anxiety is not in never feeling it again but instead being able to feel it without being overwhelmed by it.
Freedom from anxiety is being able to feel it and allow anxiety to move through you without being swallowed by it.
