Hi, I'm Cecilia...
& I've been where you are.
For years, I struggled with anxiety & depression, I felt disconnected from my body & my mind was consumed by unhelpful thoughts. I made it my mission then to find healing & transformation, this led me first to psychology, however, it wasn’t until I found yoga & began to incorporate mind-body-soul practices that I really began to find peace & healing.
My desire for you is to help you befriend your mind & emotions, reconnect with your body from a place of love, soothe your nervous system, create more clarity & help you find stillness in your mind.
My mission is to support people with anxiety & depression to expand their mental health toolkit so they can incorporate holistic practices into their lifestyle to support their own healing & empowerment.
As well as gaining a psychology degree & working as a mental health support worker in London, I've spent years delving into & teaching yoga, meditation & breath practices, while studying their effects on mental health, in particular focusing on depression, anxiety & trauma.
Over these 11 weeks together, we'll be going through a journey of creating a holistic practice to support your mental health for many years to come. You’ll learn about your own mind, body & nervous system & which practices you can turn to when you’re in need of support.
