Liberate will guide you on a step-by-step journey so that you can learn to still your mind, connect with your body from a place of love and soothe your nervous system, all whilst learning the philosophy and physiology behind the practices.
You will be following the Three P’s Framework, spread over 11 weeks:

Philosophy
Explore the yogic & esoteric philosophy behind yoga, pranayama & meditation as well as some of the psychology in a practical way while learning to incorporate it into your daily life, cultivating greater peace.

Physiology
Knowledge is power!
Understand your nervous system & body's response to stress, anxiety and depression as well as to different practices. Apply this knowledge so you always know how to bring yourself back into a state of balance.

Practice
Join practices applying all the knowledge you’ve been exploring. Join yoga/asana practices, pranayama practices as well as nidra meditations, all tailored to elicit specific nervous system responses. Explore these so you can apply your philosophy & physiology knowledge.
Learn your own needs so you can understand how to regulate & bring yourself back into balance through these practices.
Each Monday you’ll receive a pre-recorded lesson on the theme of the week as well as a worksheet with prompts for self reflection on the topic. You’ll also receive a meditation or pranayama practice applying the knowledge.
On Thursdays we’ll join each other live (or catch up with the replays) for practices following the themes of the week + a sharing circle/Q&A.

Philosophy: Building stable foundations
Set intentions & create an embodied feeling of safety so you can increase your resilience and cultivate clarity.
Week 2
Physiology: Knowledge is Power.
Understand your nervous system & notice your patterns so you can develop the skills to bring yourself back into balance.
Week 3
Philosophy: Coming Home.
Connect with your body & breath as portals to meditation so you can live from a more embodied space & connect with the wisdom & vitality of your body.
Week 4: Integration week.
Week 5
Physiology: Your Body and Anxiety.
Understand the nervous systems response to anxiety so you can decode your own anxiety response & learn how to soothe yourself back into balance.
Week 6
Philosophy: Feelings and Emotions.
Change your relationship to your emotions. Learn to sit with & approach them from a place of compassion. Learn to welcome emotions in as messengers so you can hear their message.
Week 7
Physiology: Your Body and Depression.
Understand the nervous system response to depression, decode your own response & learn how to re-energise your system so you can come back into a state of balance.
Week 8: Integration week
Week 9
Philosophy: Thoughts and Beliefs.
Learn new ways of working with your own thoughts & beliefs so you can free yourself from repetitive thinking patterns and explore persistent beliefs.
Week 10
Physiology: Your brain, hormones and neurotransmitters.
Learn what’s going on in the brain + the hormones & neurotransmitters your body releases during stress & relaxation so you can understand how to soothe or enhance these processes.
Week 11
Philosophy: Unconditional joy as a layer of the self
Connect with this layer of the self & your own experience so you can cultivate more joy.
Week 12: Integration week
Week 13
Philosophy: The ego as a layer of the self
Peel back the layers in your meditation practice & dissolve the layer of the ego so you can enter deeper states of meditation, ultimately feeling more free.
Philosophy: Purpose
Connect with an authentic sense of purpose to guide you towards true fulfilment.

Final integration.
Integrate the practice & your insights into your daily life so you can create your own practice habit & continue to consistently make progress.

Hi, I'm Cecilia...
& I've been where you are.
For years, I struggled with anxiety & depression, I felt disconnected from my body & my mind was consumed by unhelpful thoughts. I made it my mission then to find healing & transformation. This led me first to psychology, however, it wasn’t until I found yoga & began to incorporate mind-body-soul practices that I really began to find peace & healing.
My desire for you is to help you befriend your mind & emotions, reconnect with your body from a place of love, soothe your nervous system, create more clarity & help you find stillness in your mind.
My mission is to support people to move beyond low moods & anxiety so they can unlock their full potential, become more present with their loved ones, face challenge with ease, all whilst feel empowered and cultivating inner stillness, peace and joy.
As well as gaining a psychology degree & working as a mental health support worker in London, I've spent years delving into & teaching yoga, meditation & breath practices, while studying their effects on mental health, in particular focusing on the nervous system and it’s relation to anxiety & depression.
Over these 4 months together, we'll be going through a journey of creating a holistic practice to support your mental health for many years to come. You’ll learn about your own mind, body & nervous system & which practices you can turn to when you’re in need of support.

The live portions of the course will take place on Wednesdays. Once you have enrolled, you will be asked your time zone & the most convenient times for you.
From this I will then finalize our schedule.
Can’t make it live? No problem. All live sessions will be recorded so you can come back to them any time you want.

You will need around 2-3hours a week to get through each week's content.
Worried about falling behind? Leave your mind at ease: all our live sessions will be recorded for you to catch up in your own time & you get lifetime access to the recordings, so you can decide to work at your own pace, should you wish.
