Each Monday you’ll receive a pre-recorded lesson on the theme of the week as well as a worksheet with prompts for self reflection on the topic. You’ll also receive a meditation or pranayama practice applying the knowledge.

Hi, I'm Cecilia...
& I've been where you are.
For years, I struggled with anxiety & depression, I felt disconnected from my body & my mind was consumed by unhelpful thoughts. I made it my mission then to find healing & transformation. This led me first to psychology, however, it wasn’t until I found yoga & began to incorporate mind-body-soul practices that I really began to find peace & healing.
My desire for you is to help you befriend your mind & emotions, reconnect with your body from a place of love, soothe your nervous system, create more clarity & help you find stillness in your mind.
My mission is to support people to move beyond low moods & anxiety so they can unlock their full potential, become more present with their loved ones, face challenge with ease, all whilst feel empowered and cultivating inner stillness, peace and joy.
As well as gaining a psychology degree & working as a mental health support worker in London, I've spent years delving into & teaching yoga, meditation & breath practices, while studying their effects on mental health, in particular focusing on the nervous system and it’s relation to anxiety & depression.
Over these 4 months together, we'll be going through a journey of creating a holistic practice to support your mental health for many years to come. You’ll learn about your own mind, body & nervous system & which practices you can turn to when you’re in need of support.

The live portions of the course will take place on Thursdays.
Before starting, you will be asked your time zone and best time so we can set a time that works for the group.
Can’t make it live? No problem. All live sessions will be recorded so you can come back to them any time you want.

You will need around 2-3hours a week to get through each week's content.
Worried about falling behind? Leave your mind at ease: all our live sessions will be recorded for you to catch up in your own time & you get lifetime access to the recordings, so you can decide to work at your own pace, should you wish.

Transformation & healing take time and I want you to have the best results possible.
By making this course 4 months (or 7 with the 3 extra months included) I’m giving your nervous system plenty time to regulate, rebalance & ground itself in a feeling of safety and for the practices to become a sustainable part of your life.There is no need to rush here.
It takes about 63 days to form a new habit, by making this course 4 months long you will have plenty of time to explore yourself, the content & the practices in depth so you can make them a part of your daily life & enjoy them for years to come.

Every Monday you’ll receive a pre-recorded video on the theme of the week (10 - 20mins) as well as a meditation or breathwork practice to complement it. These are very flexible and can be done at your own pace! Some previous students have listened to the weekly talk like a podcast on the way to work, while others prefer to sit and make notes - it’s completely up to you!
On Thursdays we meet live for a Q&A/catch up with the group - here you get to have all your questions answered, share your experiences and connect with the group. After this, we’ll head into a yoga practice - this could be dynamic, restorative or a mix of both.
If you’re not able to make the live sessions, don’t worry, you’ll get access to the recordings.

Absolutely! The course is incredibly flexible and can be fit around your schedule. For example, you might choose to listen to the talk on the theme of the week like a podcast while you’re making dinner or on your way to work.
I know what it’s like to have a packed schedule full of work too - what I’ve also found is that giving yourself a little less time for work can actually mean you use your working hours more productively or learn to delegate more effectively.

This course follows my signature SomaSync method. This is not like a general yoga course as it is designed specifically high achievers to help you wave goodbye to anxiety, stress and low moods, build your resilience and free your identity from your work.
This is also not like a general mental health course as it takes care of both your body and mind. YES you will be working to improve your resilience as well as reduce stress, anxiety or low moods but you’ll also be improving your mobility and strength as a side effect of the practices.
