Welcome to your Nidra practices!

Nidra meditation is usually practised lying down, however, if you are more comfortable sitting up you may choose to do it this way too.

Before starting, find yourself a comfortable space where you will feel free to relax and journey inwards.

If you lie down, you might choose to practise on a yoga mat, on your sofa or on your bed. To make yourself as comfortable as possible, you could put a pillow under your head, maybe a pillow or bolster under your knees and a blanket to keep you warm.
