Hi, I’m Cecilia,
I help you transform anxiety and stress into calm resilience so you can cultivate joy in every moment of your day.
The truth: I used to have daily high levels of stress and anxiety.
I used to walk around feeling disconnected and unsafe in my own body, thinking that if I could just change my outside circumstances (a new country, a new job), I would feel differently.
Yet each change felt unsatisfying until I shifted my internal environment first.
Once I focused on creating an internalised feeling of safety and stability within myself, I was able to bring that energy into everything I did.
Fastforward to now and I’m feeling truly fulfilled, leading my life with purpose and feeling genuine joy in each moment.
Through my own personal experience as well as my knowledge gained through my psychology degree, experience working in mental health and working as a yoga teacher, I’ve created a comprehensive framework for helping you banish stress and anxiety so you can feel your best every day.
Through my 11 years of experience I’ve created the SomaSync framework which seamlessly integrates somatic techniques, nervous system regulation and psychology with yoga, meditation and breathwork.
I can’t wait to share this with you in the summit!
