This 5 day course is based around nidra meditation & will guide you on a step-by-step journey so that you can connect with your purpose, become more embodied + explore your breath, as well as new ways of working with your emotions.
Each day you will receive an email with the theme of the day as well as a 20-30 minute video with a short talk & practice.
